If you have purchased good or services from Ararna Ltd, we are unable to delete your account information containing your personal information for a period of 6 years from the date of your last interaction with us. This is because we may need to access historical information for business accounting purposes to comply with HM Revenue & Customs requirements.

 

If you have not purchased goods or services from us but have registered on our website you can request that your details are deleted. Your stored details will be your email address, username and password, contact telephone number. We will normally confirm this by email within 10 working days of receiving your request.
